About Village Juice & Kitchen
Village Juice & Kitchen has grown from a table at a Winston-Salem farmer's market, to a food truck, to its first restaurant location in 2016 and now to its newest location in Raleigh, opened in 2025. Our founder, Lonnie Atkinson, brought her love of unprocessed, plant-based foods and cold-pressed juice back from her years living in California. Our goal is to share this passion with our community, offering many vegan and vegetarian choices, but also having add-ons like chicken and a wide ranging menu (with smoothies, wraps, salads, breakfast and much more) to make healthy eating taste delicious for all our customers and eating preferences.

We ordered catering for a large group β breakfast and lunch for an entire week-long event β and the experience exceeded every expectation. The service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The food was fresh and delicious, and the juices and smoothies were a huge hit with everyone. If their catering is any indication, dining in must be just as incredible. Whether you're visiting the restaurant or planning your next event, look no further. Highly, highly recommend!

It was nice to be able to go to a restaurant that has emphasis on healthy eating. The atmosphere was very pleasant and calm and a lovely way to spend my birthday with my friend. The service was great, staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious! I will be sure to recommend this place ( and already have) to my friends who eat out frequently.

Love this place! Great options for healthy food and drinks. Their cold pressed juices will keep me coming back again and again. Options for those with more restrictive diets like Vegans and Gluten-Free. Helpful, kind staff.

Village Juice is such a great addition to Raleigh! The food is always so fresh and flavorful, and the menu is incredibly vegan-friendly with tons of plant-based and gluten-free options. The team is warm, helpful, and really takes dietary restrictions and allergies seriously. Everything Iβve tried has been delicious β smoothies, juices, bowls, and wraps all taste so clean and energizing. Highly recommend if youβre looking for a healthy spot that doesnβt compromise on taste. Canβt wait to keep coming back! For more vegan-friendly finds in Raleigh, follow me @postcardsfrommicah π

I recently moved from Winston Salem and was so sad to leave the Village Juice kitchen there. Until I found out they have a location in Raleigh too. I had to go and try their smoothies. Perfect as always. I got the Super Blue and it was super tasty. I also love that they sell dairy free desserts. My husband is lactose intolerant and itβs always hard to find something he can enjoy. Next time we will try their cheesecake. The lady working there went above and beyond. She gave us samples of their lemon cake, checked if it had milk. This place truly makes you feel at home. I will be coming here all the time. Stop by if you want great smoothies, food, and pastries.
